I'm Back in Omaha!

I got back yesterday around 2:45 PM. I had lots of fun in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. If you haven't been there, then you should definitely go. The beach and people are very nice. There are lots of things you can do there...but of course do things cost money...down side is that most things there are pretty expensive, so you better have money. There were so many things I wanted to do, but of course I couldn't. I lacked lots of money and time. Basically 5 days and 4 nights is just not enough time. I think I need at least one month there to fully enjoy my vacation.

Anyways, I will definitely return there someday and hopefully I can stay there longer. Hopefully I can stay at the Atlantic Hotel, if not, then that's okay too. I just want to some place nice with a kitchenette with an oceanfront view. **Wink, wink: The Atlantic Hotel. :D

Here are a few pictures. If you want to see more (check out my Facebook pictures).

I'll post up more pictures and some videos later. :)

The Sorcerer's Apprentice!

An awesome movie! I watched it last night with my older brother and younger sister at Rave. I think all the actors did a great job acting, movie quality/picture was great, story/plot line great, and overall, I give the movie an A.

If you haven't seen the movie, then you should. It's definitely a fun and interesting movie you should watch.

Going to Florida!

I'm going to Ft. Lauderdale with my girls~ Maiya, Natalie, and Naima. I'm so excited that I can't wait until we are there. I was so happy when we finally got our schedules worked out and got the the whole trip planned out and bought our tickets. When we bought our air tickets and reserved our room, I felt the "realness" of our vacation happening. It was real...we really are going to Florida...to the beach...to the ocean~! It's happening and I'm too grateful and happy that the day is finally coming soon. I've been talking about it for the past 2 - 3 months and it's finally happening. We will be leaving on Friday, July 23, 2010 at 8:10 AM and should arrive in Florida around 2:45 PM. We will be staying there for 5 days and 4 nights at the Atlantic Hotel. We'll be back on Tuesday, July 27th.

In my excitement, I've decided to post up a countdown (down below) so you know when I'll be taking off to Florida!

My countdown until going to Florida!

My countdown leaving Florida and coming back home...

I'll be posting up some more info about how our trip is going. So watch for updates in my blog! I'll try to post up some updates while I'm in Florida, but if I don't then you can definitely expect it after I get back from my trip. :)

Watched Eclipse Twice!

Hi everyone!

I know I haven't updated in ages...but I'm going to try to be more active. My life has been kind of busy with school and work that I hadn't had much time to sit down and think about what to write. But here it is:

Yep, I watched Eclipse twice. That's how much I really liked it. I can't wait until it comes out on DVD. I gotta get the special edition. This time I'll wait for it when it comes out. I didn't realize New Moon would come out with a "special" special edition (only released by Borders) and bought the special edition that didn't really seem to be a special edition...seriously...like where were the deleted scenes and special clips for the next movie...Eclipse? So now I gotta waste another $25 or so buying the movie a-gain. I'm only going to buy it again because I really liked the movie and want the special stuff that comes with it.

So how was the movie? Awesome! It met most of my expectations and was so much better than the first two (no offense) in my opinion. My expectations were: Kristen, Rob, and Taylor to do better acting; the new Victoria actress to do an awesome job with her role, which she did great; graphics and picture quality of the movie; the bedroom scene of Bella and Edward; the tent and snow storm scene with Bella, Jacob, and Edward; the vampire & wolf teams fighting the new borns scenes; Victoria creating a new born army; make-up and costumes; fighting and agility skills; training scenes of the Cullens and wolves; and anything else with just Bella and Edward together.

The actors really improved on their acting for their character, especially Kristen Stewart, Rob Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner. But I was mostly proud of Kristen, because she didn't do those "body jittering movements" with her head and chew her nails so much in the third one. I don't know if you all know what I mean, but go back and watch the first 2 and compare her acting with the third movie...it's so much of an improvement. I'm rooting for her to do her best in the fourth movie, Breaking Dawn, which comes out in 2011. I totally cannot wait until that movie comes out. I'm so ecstatic...can't you tell? :)

That's all I have to say about Eclipse...so until next time!
